Vara Yoga Bangkok
A small studio on Sukhumvit 44, inside Nature Life Yoga Center and about three minutes' walk from BTS Phra Khanong. The room is lit by daylight from tall windows, and classes are 60 minutes, usually one in the morning and one in the evening, Monday to Saturday.
Most of the week is easy to moderate: Rooted Hatha, Gentle Flow, Asana & Meditation and an Office Syndrome class for stiff necks and backs. For experienced students there are Hanumanasana (splits) and a Saturday Backbend class. Group Sound Healing runs now and then.

The drop-in price is the regular Gowabi price; Gowabi often discounts it (฿540 during the 10.10 sale). Sound Healing is ฿888. The Newcomer Pack is one per person, for first-time visitors only, and is booked via LINE. Longer packs aren't published, so ask the studio on LINE.

Is Vara Yoga good for beginners?
Yes. Most classes are marked Easy or Easy–Moderate: Rooted Hatha, Gentle Flow, Asana & Meditation, Office Syndrome and Finding Balance. Hanumanasana and Backbend are for students with some experience.
When are classes?
Usually 9:00 and 18:00 or 19:00, Monday to Saturday. Saturday has 9:30 and 14:00 classes, and there are no classes on Sunday. The timetable changes weekly and is posted on Instagram.
