YogaSutra's Sukhumvit studio, on the ground floor of The Capital Sukhumvit 30/1. Classes are grouped into foundation, flow and traditional practice, mobility, strength and skill, and restorative work, with Chakra Yoga on the timetable.
YogaSutra has a second studio in Sathorn and runs teacher training through The School of YogaSutra.

Which plan should I buy if I'm in Bangkok for a week?
For about 3 classes, the tourist 3-coupon pack (฿1,800) works out at ฿600 a class. If you'll practise every day, the 1-Week Pass is ฿2,900.
Which plan should I buy if I'm in Bangkok for a month?
New students can get 1 month unlimited for ฿4,500 (usually ฿5,900). Start with a ฿800 trial class, then upgrade within 7 days by paying ฿3,700 more.
Can I use my pass at both YogaSutra branches?
